New Lone Ranger Trailer: Lots o the same, new boot gun.

Yes, Boot Gun.  I want it.  I want pretty much every damn piece of Helena Bonham Carter’s wardrobe she’s ever worn because it typically is awesome.  But the Boot Gun may win it all.

I know a lot of people are hating on this flick but I think it will be a great popcorn ride and some flat out screw physics set pieces that will involve flying horses on trains.  And Johnny Depp shirtless.   I’ll be entertained.

The World’s End: The Full Trailer

Edgar Wright is turning into Jesus.  But that is besides the point.

THE WORLD’S IN TRAILER IS AWESOME.  <— this is the point.  Also Simon Pegg Goth’d out fulfills too many of my fantasies to list here (bonus fighting killer robots) so I won’t even try.

Pacific Rim: How do you drive a giant effing robot?

IGN has a new video from Del Toro and company that explains the pilot process for Pacific Rim’s giant monster killers. It’s actually pretty interesting and was one of my main questions after seeing the footage of how the dual pilot system works.

Also Del Toro looks adorable in this and I just want to cuddle him. Teehee.

Sawyer and Little Red Riding Hood walk into a bar..and start shooting.

Intelligence is one of those Fall shows that snuck under the radar (because Josh Holloway probably hacked it or blinded it with his smile.)

The series looks like it would be a great one to pair with Person of Interest.  Josh Holloway (who died far too quickly in Mission Impossible 4)  is a badass secret agent named Gabriel Black (who had to be a secret agent with a name like that ) who’s been upgraded with a chip that allows him the ability to access any computer system.  As the guy in the trailer states, its the Six Million Dollar Man for today’s modern age.

Meghan Ory who played Red or Ruby depending on your choice in Once Upon a Time plays the agent assigned to keep him safe.  You’ll also recognize John Billingsley who was on Star Trek: Enterprise and Will Yun Lee who was in Witchblade…so once again we have a genre Love Boat.

The show looks fun and I hope CBS gives it a shot.  They tend to do well with series like this.  I love the fact that my two favorite actors from LOST (although Terry O’Quinn made a bad choice sticking with ABC and the horrid 666 Park Ave) have found a home on CBS.  Maybe we’ll get a cross over with Person of Interest…that would be awesome.

DOCTORS!

Here is the promised video of Matt Smith and David Tennant filming the 50th Anniversary Special.  While some people it seems DIDN’T keep the spoilers quiet, enough did for BBC America to release this.

We’ll be talking this week on Fangirl Radio about our reaction to the Season Finale but for now, enjoy 10 and 11!

Patrick wakes up

A surprise remake that I wasn’t aware of just popped up with a trailer.  One of my favorite films growing up (and also one of Simon Pegg’s) was a creepy Australian horror movie called “Patrick.”  The film has been remade and is being released this year with a major update by director Mark Hartley and co-stars the awesome Charles Dance as an evil doctor who is doing bizarre experiments on his coma patients.  One can only guess what’s going to be in store for him.

Thanks to Twitch Film for the heads up

BIGGER BADDER (IN A GOOD WAY) SHIELD TRAILER

LEVEL 7 IS ALL UP IN THIS BIZ!  I LOVE YOU BACK FROM THE DEAD COULSON!  (who wants to know how that worked out, possible Stark Tech?)  Do I really care how Coulson lived?  Yes, of course I do.  But the important thing is Coulson is all growly awesome driving a car that is made for someone from another Avengers (this one named Steed) because he rules.

I can’t wait.

OK I’m sold. Once Upon a Time in Wonderland

Here is the full preview trailer for the first Once Upon a Time spin off “OUAT in Wonderland”

It actually looks really really good.  And I hope they bring back Roger Daltrey as the Caterpillar.

Sleepy Hollow Gets Picked up, Looks good. Probably won’t last.

I was shocked when I heard they actually picked this up because I wanted it to happen.  After watching this extended trailer it has all the hallmarks of something I will really enjoy and Fox will can after two months and moving it around different time slots.

That being said, is anyone else feeling the irony of Clancy Brown getting decapitated?  Because it made me laugh…yes I’m a sick and bad person.  But there can be only one after all.

Michael J Fox plays, Michael J Fox?

This actually looks good.  I’m not slamming it.  I actually think its an interesting way to work his life into the show.  I’ve missed him.
