Skal put together one of the most beautiful vampire myth and history books I’ve ever seen.  Not only is it beautiful but inside you get a major history and folklore lesson PLUS there are tons of neat postcards, maps, interactive pages, and recreations of newspapers such as a review of Bela Lugosi’s play of Dracula.  It’s just plain AWESOME.  AND IT’S ONLY FIVE BUCKS!!!!!   Didi I mention its hardcover and comes in a hardshell slipcase??  CLASSY BOOK IS CLASSY!

The original retail price of this thing is 49.95.  I’m still gobsmacked (and I never use that word) at how amazing this is.  I feel like going back and buying three more.  GO TO BORDERS NOW AND PICK THIS UP!!!!

Right now at your local Wally World (AKA Wal-Mart) you can pick up the ENTIRE SERIES of Buck Rogers starring Gil Gerard and company for TEN BUCKS!!!    That’s right TEN DOLLARS!  That’s super amazing cheap!   Roddy McDowell, Jack Palance, and tons more guest starred in this series that was a staple of many a young geeks childhood (as was Wilma’s body suits for many a Fanboy.)  But personally, I loved Hawk.  Hawk was badass.  And so is this deal.  Go forth and fear no darkness!
